Who We Serve

At Senior TLC - Charlotte, we provide care and coverage to seniors who wish to remain in the community, and can do so safely, with assistance and support.

To enroll at Senior TLC - Charlotte, you must meet the following requirements:

​

• 55 years of age or older.

• Live safely in the community at the time of enrollment with Senior TLC - Charlotte services.

• Must live within the Senior TLC - Charlotte service area:

Mecklenburg County - all zip codes

Union County - all zip codes

Stanly County - 28097, 28109, 28129, 28137, 28163
